7. General Manager’s report, including traffic matters, park matters, street parking, status of street light at Artesia Boulevard, tree maintenance, agreement with the Savannah HOA for use of the parking lot, and authorize any actions and expenditures as necessary.

8. Discuss crosswalk matters in Savannah and ArrowBrooke, and take any related action

9. Discuss future use of model homes, and take any related action.

10. Discuss use of ArrowBrooke park, and take any related action.

11. Bookkeeper’s report, including payment of the bills and review of investments.

12. Report from Chief of Elm Ridge PD, including review and approval of 2025 Elm Ridge PD Racial Profiling Report, and authorize actions and expenditures as necessary.
